The founders have worked at large agencies (DDB/Needham, Bozell, Anderson & Lembke, Universal McCann, Hal Riney, LeftField, Mediaplex) and client side (Coca-Cola and Oracle) as well as online sales side (WebRep, 2CanMedia).
Both founding partners have been recognized by Universal McCann with annual “Best Negotiator” awards. Both partners are Google Adwords Qualified Advertising Professionals.
Maxine Nisse
Maxine entered the media space in San Francisco in the early 90’s. With over 14 years of media buying and planning experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in both the traditional and digital mediums. Known for her negotiation skills, she first began her media career at Hal Riney & Partners in San Francisco and then worked client side at Coca-Cola. Maxine then started her online career at smaller agencies like Leftfield/Exileon7th and Mediaplex.
Most recently, Maxine freelanced at Universal McCann for their Interactive Direct Response Team working on various Microsoft campaigns and also enjoyed working media plans for Cathay Pacific Airline.
Maxine holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California-Santa Barbara. In her spare time, Maxine enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and traveling.

Neil Monnens
Neil Monnens has made his mark on the advertising industry scene, as both a thought-leader and evangelist for Interactive advertising.
Neil began his online advertising career by co-founding WebRep, an online advertising representation firm in 1996 through its purchase by AdSmart in 1999. He recently ended his history setting 6+ year freelance career at Universal McCann/San Francisco in March 2009.
Neil began his media career in 1989 at DDB/Needham in Los Angeles and worked for Bozell/Los Angeles, Anderson & Lembke and client side at Oracle Corporation.
Neil holds a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. In his spare time, Neil publishes two wine sites, WineBlueBook and WineRelease.com and enjoys wine and traveling.
